A case of rape of a model from Punjab has come to light in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The victim, who lives in Jalandhar, filed an FIR in the New Shimla Women's Police Station. He has accused Jagtar Singh Sandhu of Ludhiana of forcing physical relations. The police have registered a case under the rape clauses and started further action.
In the complaint given to the police, the victim said that she had come to Shimla for shooting on December 22 and stayed at a hotel in Shimla at night. Meanwhile, Jagtar Singh had forced physical relations with her. The 23-year-old model victim filed a complaint at the New Shimla Women's Police Station on Wednesday. SHO Women's Police Station Jyoti said that the police have registered a case on the woman's complaint. The woman is being medically examined today and the police team will soon go to Punjab to arrest the accused.
