The tension between India and Pakistan has increased after the launch of Operation Sindoor. Within the last 4 days, Pakistan is targeting different cities of India. There is a red alert in the district of Jodhpur, Churu, Barmer, Hanumangarh, Bikaner (only in Naal Area) adjoining the India-Pakistan border.
MBBS, Nursing and Medical Exams canceled
Rajasthan University of Health Science has canceled all exams. According to the notification issued by the university, all the examinations to be held on May 15 have been canceled, including examinations of medical, para medical and nursing etc. The university has not announced the new date regarding the examination.
COMEDK UGET 2025 Exam canceled in 24 districts Comedk has recently released a new notification. Now this examination is postpone in 7 states 24 districts. In its new notification, the examination will be held at 5:30 pm today, including New Delhi, Ajmer, Alwar, Bhilwara, Jaipur, Kota, Sikar, Udaipur, Dehradun, Haldwani and Roorkee.

The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental College of Karnataka (COMEDK) examination to be held on May 10 amid India-Pakistan tension was first postponed in 14 districts and its notification was released on 9 May.
COMEDK UGET 2025 and UNI-Gauge E have now been posted in 24 districts and an order has been issued to close Educational Institutes in affected cities.
New dates will be announced soon
Comedk said in its notice, there is no need to panic the students taking the exam at these centers. New dates for these centers will be announced soon. Candidates have been advised to stay connected with the official website Comedk.org for the latest updates. Apart from these districts, these exams will be held across the country today i.e. on May 10.
Registration of more than 1 lakh candidates
1,31,937 candidates have registered for the examination. Which will be held at 179 cities and 248 exam centers in 28 states. This exam will be held from 8; 30 to 11; 30, 1 to 5 pm and 5:30-8:30 in the evening.
ICAI postponed CA’s 3 examinations
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has posted the Chartered Accountant Final, Intermediate and Post Qualification Course (PQC) exam to be held in May.
Along with this, the date of the papers of International Taxation – Assessment Test (IntT AT) has been changed. After the sindoor operation on May 7, ICAI took this decision in view of the tense situation in the country.
These exams were going to be held today i.e. May 9. ICAI announced the postponement of examinations and said that the new dates will be announced at the right time. Candidates stay connected with the official website icai.org for the next update.
According to the ICAI CA Final and Inter Schedule, the CA final examination was held on 2, 4 and 6 May 2025. At the same time, CA Intermediate Group examinations were held on 3, 5 and 7 May.
Foundation course exams will be the same as before
However, the examinations of ICAI CA Foundation Course have not been postponed. The final exam of ICAI CA May 2025 will be held on 15, 17, 19 and 21 May.
The May 2025 examinations are also being held in nine foreign cities – Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Thimpu (Bhutan), Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu (Nepal), Kuwait, Muscat and Riyadh (Empire of Saudi Arabia).
