With this, customers will be able to book tickets by giving voice commands. Along with this, IRCTC has also planned to increase the online ticketing capacity per day. Ask DISHA has been developed in association with Bengaluru-based startup CoRover. Through this platform, customers can book tickets and take other assistance with an OTP verification login. In this, users do not need IRCTC login and password.

Through chatbot Ask Disha 2.0, passengers will be able to book tickets using text or voice commands. On this, the status of cancellation of tickets and refund of canceled tickets will also be known. Passengers will also be able to know the status of their PNR instantly. Passengers will also be able to change the starting and destination stations of their journey on Ask Disha 2.0. It will also allow viewing, printing and sharing of tickets. Apart from this, passengers will also be able to get answers to queries related to their train journey.

Questions can be asked on this platform in Hindi and English. This chatbot is available on the IRCTC website. This will be a big change for people traveling by train. Many travelers find it difficult to book train tickets through the website.
