In response, the truck driver said, “He earns 8-10 thousand dollars in a month.” If we keep it in Indian rupees, then it is from 6 lakh 50 thousand to 8 lakh 20 thousand rupees. Means the earnings of truck drivers in America is more than 8 lakhs.
Tejinder Gill told Rahul Gandhi that truck drivers in America are not harassed by the police and there is no fear of theft. However, America definitely charges for overspeeding. Tejinder Gill said, “Truck driving here is very safe and a good source of income, but that is not the case in India. It becomes difficult to run a family there.”
