Chandigarh: After Bollywood actor Sonu Sood and Punjabi actor Gugu Gill, now Punjabi singer Lakhwinder Wadali has also joined the Punjab government’s anti-drug campaign. He has appealed to the people to cooperate with the Punjab government and the police.

Lakhwinder Wadali said that success can be achieved only with the support of people in the anti-drug campaign. People who are addicted to drugs and want to quit can get free treatment at any government hospital in Punjab. Singer Wadali thanked Mr. Muktsar Sahib Police for taking initiative in the area. He also hoped that people would accept his appeal against drugs.

Singer Lakhwinder Wadali thanked Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and DGP Punjab Gaurav Yadav for starting the campaign against drugs in Punjab. He said that it is very important to take a decision against drugs in today’s times. Being with people is also very important.

With this appeal, Wadali said, Himmat-e-marda, Nath-e-Khuda.

Bollywood actor Sonu Sood and after him Punjabi actor Gugu Gill have also come forward to join the ongoing campaign against drugs by the Punjab government. Both the actors have appealed to the people of Punjab to cooperate with the Punjab Government and Punjab Police. Actor Sonu Sood has said that one of the causes of criminal incidents in Punjab is drugs because drug addicts need money to fulfill their addiction.

Punjabi actor Sonu Sood said that drugs have spread to a large extent in Punjab. The addiction of white has turned the colorful clothes of many mothers and sisters white. He has appealed to the people to support the government in this campaign to eradicate the disease of addiction.
