Punjabi players hoisted the flag in the Asia Cup, Praneet Kaur and Simranjit Kaur won 5 medals in archery.

Punjabi players are making big hits not only in the country but also abroad. They are getting great achievements due to their hard work and dedication. Such a special achievement has been achieved by Punjabi players Praneet Kaur and Simarjit Kaur.

Two archers from Punjab, Simranjit Kaur and Praneet Kaur, have won 5 medals in the ongoing Asia Cup of Archery in Baghdad (Iraq). He won 3 gold and 2 silver medals. Abohar's Simranjit Kaur won two gold medals in mixed team and women's recurve and one silver medal in individual category. Similarly, Mansa's Praneet Kaur won gold in the individual category and silver in the team category of the compound. Sports Minister Meet Hare congratulated him on this achievement.
