Punjab and Haryana High Court (High Court) has stayed the action related to the FIR filed against T-series producer Bhushan Kumar and directors Radhika Rao, Vinay Sapru and actor Meezan Jaffrey for allegedly defaming the Sikh community. This case is related to the actor wearing Kirpan in the song Sure Ghar in the movie Yaariyan 2.

Justice Pankaj Jain while hearing the petition Punjab Govt (Punjab Govt) has issued a notice for March 11 and sought a response. The court has ordered a stay on the action on the FIR registered against the makers of Yaariyan-2 till the next hearing of the matter.
