Bureau Report: Bad news has come out about a policeman in Ludhiana. The employee has died due to bullet injury. The bullet hit Manpreet Singh directly. He lived in PG of Krishna Nagar.
On Wednesday evening, a gunshot was heard in PG’s room. After which people gathered, the residents of the area immediately informed the police. The deceased Manpreet was posted in the QRT team in the police line. Senior police officers have reached the spot. The police have taken possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. It is being told that Manpreet was a resident of Moga and had joined the police during 2016.
Manpreet either shot himself or someone killed him and escaped. It is being investigated. The police are trying to find any evidence by interrogating Manpreet’s fellow policemen and people around. The CCTV of the area is also being checked so that it can be known who entered the place when the shot was fired. Other people living in PG are also being questioned. The family has also been invited. They will also be questioned by the police if they had enmity with anyone? If Manpreet shot himself then what was the reason behind it? Was there a domestic reason? Or something was happening to him during his duty due to which he has taken this step because of being disturbed.
