Punjab Govt to go to High Court against issuing notification by dissolving Senate and Syndicate of PU: CM Hon.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s big statement has come out regarding the unconstitutional dissolution of the Senate and Syndicate of Punjab University Chandigarh by the Central Government. The Punjab government will go to the Punjab and Haryana High Court regarding this matter. This information has been given by CM Mann by sharing a post on his X account.

CM Mann wrote that the Punjab government will go to the High Court against the unconstitutional dissolution of the Senate and the Syndicate of the Punjab University Chandigarh. We will fight against this bullying by forming a panel of eminent and specialist lawyers of the country. In the coming days, the issue will also be brought up in the Legislative Assembly so that Punjab’s side can be strengthened legislatively as well.
