Mumbai : Bollywood veteran singer and writer Javed Akhtar is in a lot of headlines these days. Recently he attended the Faiz Film Festival in Lahore. Where apart from him many other Pakistani artists were also present. During this, Javed Akhtar gave a big statement regarding the 26/11 attack. In which he lashed out at Pakistan in a poetic manner.
He had said, “I will not act rashly here. We have organized big functions for Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Mehdi Hasan. There was no function of Lata Mangeshkar in your country. So the reality is that now let us not blame each other, it will not help. The important thing is that these days this fizz is hot, it should be less.

He further said that we are the people of Mumbai, we have seen how the attack took place. The attackers did not come from Norway nor did they come from Egypt. Those people are still roaming in your country. So if this complaint is in the heart of an Indian, then you should not feel bad.
On which after Kangana Ranaut, now the reaction of actress Pooja Bhatt has also come to the fore. He tweeted from his Twitter handle on Javed Akhtar’s statement, “Truth needs two types of people to stay alive. One speaking the truth and the other listening to the truth. One is not possible without the other. What most Pakistani citizens are exceptionally capable of is listening/accepting the unadulterated truth. Plus, laugh at yourself!”

Please tell that Kangana Ranaut also praised this statement of Javed Akhtar and wrote in one of her tweets, “When I used to listen to the poetry of Javed Saheb, I used to think how Maa Saraswati ji has so much grace on him, but look at something. Truth is in man. Jai Hind Akhtar Sahab entered the house and killed….ha ha.”
