Pune (Maharashtra). Congress Maharashtra unit president Nana Patole on Saturday said party leaders Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge raised serious questions inside Parliament, but the Prime Minister delivered a speech as if he was having a conversation at a paan shop. Former MP Patole was talking to reporters here in the Lok Sabha over the removal from record of the remarks made by Rahul Gandhi on the (Gautam) Adani issue.

He said, “Our leader Rahul Gandhi raised questions related to Adani and asked what is the relationship between (Prime Minister Narendra) Modi ji and Adani, what SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) are doing , All these questions were expunged from the records of the Lok Sabha.”

Patole alleged that the investments made by the common man in Life Insurance (LIC) and State Bank of India (SBI) were being ‘looted’.
