It will be held at Dolby Theater like every year and will be broadcast live in 200 countries of the world. This information was shared on the academy’s official Instagram page, which read, ‘Save the date’. The 96th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

The nominations for Oscars 2024 will be as follows

The deadline for submission of applications for general categories in Oscars 2024 is November 18, 2023. Preliminary voting for the shortlist will begin on December 18 and the results will be announced on December 21. Nominations will take place from January 11 to 16, 2024, and official nominations will be announced on January 23, 2024. After the official announcement, there will be a four-week period between nominations and final voting, which will begin on February 22.

Oscar 2023 was special for India

This time Oscar 2023 was special for India in many ways. Ram Charan and Junior NTR starrer SS Rajamouli’s song ‘Natu Natu’ from the film ‘RRR’ created history by winning the Oscar for Best Original Song.
