JIMPA himself visited Hoshiarpur, Phagwara, Phillaur, Ludhiana East, Ludhiana West and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar tehsils and took stock of the work. On this occasion, he interacted with the people and issued guidelines to the concerned officials to solve the problems.

The Revenue Minister said that the people whose transfer cases were pending reached the respective tehsil/sub-tehsil and solved the problem related to transfer on the spot. He said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Maan is committed to reducing the hardships of the people.

He said that if there is any problem in getting people to work at any level in the revenue department, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has issued a helpline number 8184900002 in this regard on which a written complaint can be made on WhatsApp. NRIs can send their written complaints to 9464100168.
