India’s star javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra has once again lit up the name of the country. They have won the title by performing brilliantly in the Doha Diamond League. In this match, he threw 86.04 meters in the second attempt, 85.47 meters in the third attempt, 84.37 meters in the fifth attempt and 86.52 meters in the sixth attempt.
In this competition, Jacob Woodledge of the Czech Republic finished second with a throw of 88.63 meters, while Andersen Peters of Grenada finished third with a throw of 85.88 meters.
Neeraj’s personal best performance is 89.94 meters which is also a national record. He finished fourth with 87.43m in 2018 in his only participation at the Doha Diamond League in 2018. Let us tell you that due to lack of fitness, Neeraj could not take part in the Diamond League.
