Submission of participation applications
The interested parties are invited to complete the relevant application with all the requested information, and to submit it together with a copy of a police ID and the required supporting documents, exclusively in person, or with another person authorized by them, as long as the authorization bears their signature recognized by a public authority, at the offices of our service at the following address:

THE Application participation is a declaration of responsibility and the responsibility of its correct completion rests exclusively with the candidate.
Each candidate is entitled to submit a single application and for positions of a single staff category (PE or SE or DE or TE). The accumulation of positions of different staff categories in one or more applications automatically implies in any case the cancellation of all applications and the exclusion of the candidate from the further process. As an exception, the accumulation of positions in two categories, namely DE and TE categories, is allowed only when the announcement foresees so many DE category positions that can be filled on an auxiliary basis with experience and title
compulsory education as well as TE category positions. In this case, the TE category candidate will use a single application in which he will list in order of preference all the positions (DE and TE categories) he is seeking.
THE deadline for submission of applications is three days (calculated on a calendar basis) and starts from the day after the publication of this Notice in the “DIAVGEIA” program, on the website of the Municipality of Athens, as well as in the notice area of the municipal store of the Municipality of Athens.
The above deadline expires with the passing of the entire last day and if this is, by law, an exceptional (public holiday) or a non-working day, then the expiration of the deadline is postponed to the next working day.
