Today we are going to tell you about the coffee, whose price is so high that a common man’s salary is equal to its price. This coffee is so expensive because its beans do not grow on trees and plants, but come out of the stomachs of birds through the potty! It is considered to be one of the most expensive coffees in the world.

Would you be able to drink this coffee knowing this? You may not be able to drink it, but there are many people in the world who desire to drink this coffee, and those who have drunk it, also praise it very much. According to the Oddity Central news website, this coffee is made from the excrement of the jaguar bird. But the story of making it is quite interesting. There is a Camosim coffee farm in the Espirito Santo state of Brazil. The owner of this farm is Henrik Sloper.

Coffee made from beans extracted from bird droppings
Jaku birds started visiting Sloper’s coffee garden destroying the coffee trees and eating the coffee beans. Sloper was very upset by this. He tried many ways to drive the bird away, but when he failed, he found another way. Instead of chasing away the bird, he started raising it. The reason for this was that he knew that the most expensive coffee in the world was made from civet bird droppings. He thought he would make coffee with the seeds of the jaku bird.

He asked the workers to collect only the seeds found in bird droppings. He noticed that the bird was so understanding that it ate only the best kind of beans. The birds digested the caffeine from the beans, so the resulting beans were caffeine-free and did not require much fermentation. This farm thus became the largest and only farm in the world where coffee beans were produced from jaku bird droppings. Coffee has been made this way for about 10 years and is being sold in France, Japan and the UK at Rs 1.3 lakh per 1 kg.
