Minister Aman Arora filed an appeal in the court against the two-year sentence

Cabinet Minister Aman Arora has filed an appeal in the District Sessions Court Sangrur against the two-year imprisonment in the case of assaulting JJ. The court has scheduled the hearing of this matter on January 15 and a notice has been sent to the complainant to appear.

It is to be noted that on December 21, the Sunam Court sentenced 9 persons, including the cabinet minister, to 2 years in prison and a fine of Rs 5,000 each. Aman Arora was accused of entering his brother-in-law's house and beating him up along with his accomplices.

A complaint was filed. The court ordered Aman Arora and their mother Parmeshwari Devi, Rajinder Singh Raja, Jagjeevan Ram alias Lucky (PA), Baljinder Singh resident of Namol, Labh Singh resident of Nilowal, Chitwant Singh resident of Sheron, Kuldeep Singh resident of Sheron, Satgur Singh resident of Gaggi. Namol has been nominated.
