Mansa’s daughter Parneet Kaur won gold in World Archery Championship : Punjab Sports Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hare congratulated Mansa archer Praneet Kaur on becoming the world champion. The Indian women’s compound team defeated Mexico 235-229 to win the gold medal in the final of the World Archery Championship in Berlin. The gold medal winning team included Praneet Kaur from village Mandhali in Mansa district of Punjab.
