Bureau Report: A big revelation has been made in the case of robbery of 8.49 crores in Ludhiana CMS company. Bandit Hasina Mona had thrown the DVR stolen from the company’s office in Barnala’s pond. The police have recovered 5 DVRs from the pond with the help of divers. This is a big evidence for the police. On the other hand, 16 people including the mastermind of the case Mandeep Kaur Mona have been arrested so far, 6.96 crores have been recovered from the accused so far. Where is the remaining 1.53 crores, the accused have not revealed its secret till now during the remand.
Did the company share the wrong information?
According to the FIR, the manager of the CMS company had claimed a loot of 8.49 crores. On the other hand, Police Commissioner Mandeep Singh Sidhu said that during the police interrogation, the accused Manjinder Mani had revealed that the company had overpaid 51 lakh rupees to a bank some time ago, after which the bank did not return the money. Apart from this, there is also cash of lakhs which were torn notes which the bank was refusing to accept, so he was also shown a part of the loot amount. The investigation is going on, because earlier the company had reported a robbery of 11 crores, then 6, finally 8 crores 49 lakhs was claimed by the company.
The investigation committee will find out the amount of loot
Police Commissioner Mandeep Singh Sidhu has formed a special team of 6 high officials in this case. These officials will interrogate the company officials through technical investigation so that the actual looted amount can be known. If the amount written by the company in the FIR is incorrect, then action will be taken against them. 1 crore has been spent by the police to catch the accused, according to the police commissioner, it will be recovered from the company.

A team of Punjab Police, including an inspector from Ludhiana, arrested Mandeep Kaur and her husband from Hemkund Sahib. Mandeep Kaur called her mother on the leadline from the hotel.
