The Border Security Force has informed that the intruder was trying to enter the Indian border from the Amritsar sector of Punjab. To stop him, the Border Security Force personnel first opened fire and then arrested him.

The intruder told in the initial interrogation that he is a citizen of Bangladesh. The intruder had done this audacity on the night of March 8-9. He has been arrested from Rajatal outpost of Amritsar sector.

According to the information given by the BSF spokesperson, efforts are being made to arrest him and find out why he tried to infiltrate. Further action will be taken on the basis of the information that will come out after the enquiry.
