Mahindra Record Sales in March 2023 With 36000 SUVs Thar Scorpio N XUV700 Units Sold Annual Sales Rises by 60 Percent Details

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.) has shared the figure of sales of vehicles in the month of March and told that this is the record sales of the company till date. According to the company, its auto sales in the month of March 2023 stood at 35,976 units, which is the highest ever with a growth of 31 percent. Not only this, the company says that it also registered the highest ever annual sales of its SUVs at 3,56,961 units, a growth of 60 percent. The company has also performed very well in the passenger vehicle segment.

Mahindra has press release It has been informed through that the company sold its SUV 35,976 units in the month of March and also told that this is a new record for Mahindra’s Passenger Vehicle Division, which includes the company’s SUVs, cars and vans. In March 2022, the company had sold 27,603 units, compared to which the company has achieved 31 per cent growth in sales year-on-year.

On the other hand, in terms of annual sales, Mahindra also sold the highest ever SUVs with 3,56,961 units, a growth of 60 percent. It is surprising that this figure has been achieved when the company’s SUVs have a waiting period of up to one and a half years.

Mahindra’s portfolio currently includes several popular SUVs. The company launched the new generation Thar 4×4 in 2020, followed by the XUV700 in 2021 and the new Scorpio-N last year. The SUVs of all the three are in high demand and have gained immense popularity since their launch.

On the other hand, the commercial vehicles division of Mahindra has also achieved good growth in terms of sales. The segment saw sales of 22,282 units in March 2023, a growth of 12 per cent, as against 2,48,576 units, a growth of 40 per cent in terms of annual sales.
