Ingredients to make paneer vegetable
Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Tomato puree – 3 cups
Mee – 3 tbsp
Cashew paste – 2 tbsp
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cumin – 1 tsp
Cloves – 2-3
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Kasuri fenugreek – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Paneer Vegetable Recipe
To make flavourful Jain style paneer curry, first heat oil in a pan on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add cumin, cinnamon and cloves and fry them. After a few seconds, add turmeric and red chili powder to the oil. After frying for a few more seconds, add tomato puree to the pan and let it cook. After 2-3 minutes the tomato puree will start boiling.
After this add the pre-prepared cashew paste to the puree and mix it with the help of a spoon.

After this add garam masala and kasoori fenugreek and let them boil for 2 minutes. During this, make some paneer powder. When the puree starts boiling well, add crumbled paneer, paneer cubes and salt as per taste and let it cook by coating it well with gravy. Now cover the pan and cook the vegetable for 2-3 more minutes, then turn off the gas. Now add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and coriander leaves to the vegetable and serve.
