The position

You are the person behind about 5 shops. You set goals and overcome them together with your team. Group consisting of approx 100 people. Think of yourself as an entrepreneur who moves from store to store and can’t wait for the next big challenge.

A day at work:

About 5 stores pass through your hands! You take care of their management. You are informed about their needs. You stand by your people in any situation.
You choose your team. You build her up and motivate her. And she’s not small. There are about 100 people. Thanks to you, he develops and learns properly.
You set goals, but you don’t stop there. You also show how they will be realized. For all your stores, based on clear business indicators. So you don’t miss a single one of them. You are not afraid of change, on the contrary, you seek it.

Desired qualifications

Higher studies related to Finance or Business Administration
Previous experience in trade and in a position of responsibility
Driving License
