Then he was referred for neurological problem.

Why did Manju have to face this problem?

The problem started when Manju quit her job as a beautician to take care of her child and started working from home using her smartphone. She used to spend a long time of the day using her smartphone. Even after this, she used to be busy on the mobile phone till about 2 hours after the lights were switched off at night.

Manju was suffering from smartphone vision syndrome

After a long treatment, it came to light that Manju is suffering from the problem of “smartphone vision syndrome”. At the same time, in this problem, different types of problems related to the eyes have to be faced. At the same time, it is also called computer vision syndrome and digital vision syndrome.

No drugs were used in the treatment

Dr. Sudhir Kumar told via Twitter that he had not prescribed any kind of medicines to cure Manju’s problem. However, Manju was quite nervous, so she requested a lot to prescribe medicines, but we explained to her and advised her to use the smartphone to a minimum. In such a situation, Manju said that instead of reducing the use of smartphone, I will not even look at its screen. Only this problem of mine should be fixed.

Benefits of reducing screen time

After about 1 month of reducing the screen time, there was a lot of improvement in Manju’s condition. His eyesight started to return to normal and he stopped seeing any kind of zig-zag line, flashlight, etc. Along with this, he started seeing things clearly even at night.

According to Dr. Sudhir Kumar, never keep your eyes on the digital screen for a long time while using it because it can cause computer vision syndrome.
