This movie had a great collection at the box office. Now Shah Rukh’s recently released film ‘Jawaan’ is also creating a stir in the theatres. The film has broken four big records in just four days leaving behind ‘Pathan’ and ‘Gadar 2’. Check out the list below…
The movie ‘Jawaan’ was released on the screen on the day of Krishna Janmashtami i.e. 7th September. The film has made an amazing collection of Rs 75 crore at the box office on the first day itself. On the second day the film collected around Rs 53 crore and on the third day it collected Rs 74.5 crore. Now on the fourth day this film is going to do business of 80 crores. After which its total collection will be Rs 282.73.
Talking about records, the film has broken 4 big records in just four days. The first thing is that this film has become the highest grossing Bollywood film in a day. This is the first film to earn Rs 75 crore on its release day. ‘Pathan’ did 55 crores on the first day and ‘Gadar 2’ did 40 crores on the first day.
Apart from this, before ‘Jawaan’, ‘Pathan’ was the highest grossing film in the first three days. ‘Pathan’ had earned 166.5 crores in the first three days, while ‘Jawan’ has left it behind and earned 202 crores in three days.
Not only in Bollywood, this film of King Khan is giving competition to all films in South cinema as well. Jawan has become the highest grossing Bollywood film in the first three days.
Moreover, you will be surprised to know that this movie has topped the worldwide collection as well. The film has earned around Rs 375 crore worldwide in just three days.
