The Trade and Industry Association of Messolonghi informs its member companies about the invitation of the Hellenic Confederation of Trade & Entrepreneurship (H.E.S.E.E.) to companies to express interest in the offer of internship positions.
The Practice, aimed at 3,700 unemployed people aged 18-29, has a total duration of 500 hours, of which 180 hours are theoretical training and 320 hours are practical.
The internship will take place in companies that express their interest by submitting their application online through the following link: https://apko09.esee.gr/
It is noted that the internship does not entail any kind of financial burden on the part of the companies.
The training subjects are the following:
- Outdoor seller
- Office employee
- Retailer
- Export and International Trade Executive
- Retail sales promoter – merchandiser
- Warehouse Management Executive
The number of beneficiaries who are simultaneously placed in a company for the internship is determined in accordance with the number of employees of the company and in accordance with what is mentioned in no. 79732/27-7-2020 circular entitled “Framework of quality specifications for the design and implementation of Continuing Vocational Training (CET) programs co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF)” (total of parent company and any of its branches) and at most limit as follows:
The above ratio of employed/trainee trainees should be observed for each internship company throughout the duration of the internship. In cases where businesses do not employ any person in a dependent labor relationship (self-employed), it is possible to carry out an internship for one (1) trainee/beneficiary.
Businesses, organizations and legal entities under private law in which the Greek State does not directly participate and which, for the recruitment of their staff, are not subject to the provisions of Law 2190/1994 as currently in force, may submit an application for participation.
When submitting the online application, a recent document(s) from the D.O.Y should be submitted, in which the following should be clearly stated:
- The address details of the business and any branches,
- Its legal representative,
- Activity Code(s).
The pairing with the beneficiaries is based on:
a) The moment of submission of the application of each business,
b) The relevance of the business activity to the specialty in which the beneficiary was trained and
c) the kilometer distance from the permanent residence of the beneficiary
