S. SP Amanit Kondal further said that from the preliminary interrogation of the accused, the police found out that these .32 bore pistols were brought by accused Vapinder Singh from Gwalior (MP). After which Vapinder Singh was named in the trial on 7th August and got an arrest warrant from the honorable court on 13th August. P. 3 pistols of .32 bore were recovered from his possession after arresting him.

He said that the age of the five accused is between 18 to 20 years, while a case against the accused Vapinder Singh has already been registered in Amain police station of Madhya Pradesh. The accused Vapinder Singh has been remanded by the Doraha police and is being interrogated more thoroughly and there is an absolute possibility of many more important revelations.
