Bureau Report: 1 young man of Bhadso village of Patiala has ended his life because of the insult done by his wife. After the incident, the police reached the spot and took possession of the body and conducted a post-mortem. The deceased young man Happy Singh was 29 years old. His mother has said that the daughter-in-law is responsible. After which the police registered the statement of Happy’s mother Manjit Kaur and arrested her by registering a case against her wife Lovepreet Kaur.
Clash after marriage, insult happened 2 days ago
Manjit Kaur has told the police in a statement that her son Happy got married in 2019. There is also a son after marriage. But there was a quarrel between these two in the house. After a quarrel with Happy, Lovepreet went to her parents’ house. After the agreement, Lovepreet Kaur returned home some time ago. But both started living separately. On October 1, Happy went to work as a painter at a woman’s house in the village. Where Lovepreet insulted her husband Happy. Due to not tolerating this insult, he ended his life.
The wife suspected the husband
Manjit Kaur said that Happy came to meet her after being insulted. After which his wife doubts about one thing and disturbs him. He also told about going to the woman’s house in the village and insulting her, after which he went home and the news of his passing away came at night. SHO of Bhadso police station Inderpal Singh has said that the accused woman was sent to jail after being produced in the court.
