Imran Khan arrested: Imran Khan, caught selling gifts cheaply, has been arrested by the police from Lahore. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was arrested from his Zaman Park residence in Lahore soon after he was convicted in the Toshakhana case on Saturday.
In a major development, a district and sessions court today convicted the former prime minister and sentenced him to three years in the Toshakhana case. Rejecting Khan’s plea seeking admission of the case, Judge Dilawar sentenced the former prime minister to three years in prison.
