REQUIRED JUSTIFICATIONS:

3. Curriculum Vitae.
4. Copy of Studies.
5. Professional License (Professional Specialty Education and Training Diploma for the position of Occupational Therapist Assistant)
6. Computer use certificate.
7. English language certificate (desirable).
8. Copy of Criminal Record.
9. Mental Health Certificate.
SELECTION OF CANDIDATES:
The selection of candidates will be made after a personal interview by a three-member committee, as defined by the Center’s operating regulations.
