1 Tulsi (Holy Basil)

2 Turmeric

This yellow herb is popular in Asian curries and Mediterranean dishes. It also works to strengthen the tissues along with healing and cleansing the skin. Turmeric can be used fresh or in powdered form. It is considered good for blood coagulation. It is also used in making golden milk.

3 Coriander

Coriander provides relief from flatulence, intestinal spasms, bloating and gas. Used extensively with meat, seafood, hot peppers, avocados, Thai, Mexican and Indian cuisines. Coriander is mostly used to garnish the dishes.

4 Ashwagandha

5 Garlic

6 Mint (Mint)
