Haryana artist Naveen Naru has been arrested after a case of rape with a woman was registered. Hansi police arrested him from the city on Monday. The police produced the accused in the court and sent him to jail.
Giving information D. S. P. Ravinder Sangwan said that a woman had given a complaint to the police against the Haryanvi artist. A case has been registered based on the complaint. He said that a vehicle has also been recovered from the accused.
The Haryanvi artist threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the incident. The woman said that it was consensual but she stopped talking to me and flatly refused to pay. Along with this, in this case, artist Naveen says that all these allegations are false and we have no transaction regarding money. All the rape allegations leveled against him by a woman are false.
It may be mentioned that in the complaint given to the police, the woman alleged that she is being blackmailed by making an obscene video. The woman had told that she is a teacher in a private school. In the year 2020, she came in contact with Naveen, a Haryana artist.
At that time, Naveen befriended the woman on the pretext of making her an actress and giving her money. After which she came under his influence. After some time he invited her to his house, drugged her in tea and raped her. Along with this, he kept making false promises of marriage and blackmailing by making obscene videos.
