Minister Bains said that he spoke to the officials of the Ministry of External Affairs about this and shared the video of the youth trapped in Libya. The victim is now in touch with the Indian Embassy. They have been given food packets and 100 dirhams so that they can manage their food and essentials for a few days. An Indian suffered minor injuries and has been hospitalized.
