According to the sources, Gurpreet Singh Kangar did not appear despite several summonses being sent by the Bathinda office of the Vigilance Bureau, after which a lookout notice was issued by the Vigilance Bureau regarding Gurpreet Singh Kangar. Gurpreet Kangar was stopped at Delhi Airport on June 11 i.e. Sunday around 9 pm.
