After staying in the said rest house for three days, Dallawal was shifted to Rajindra Hospital in Patiala this morning without any knowledge. However, no information has been shared by the district administration and police about this. At the moment, no clear statement has been revealed on why he was kept in Rajindara Hospital.

According to the information received, after 13 months, when the Punjab Haryana border was evacuated from the farmers by the police. During this period, soon after the meeting with the farmers of the central and state, farmer leaders Saravan Singh Pandher and Jagjit Singh Dallawal from Mohali were taken into custody. After taking into custody from there, Dallawal was brought to Pims Hospital in Jalandhar.
When the media went to know about Dallewal in Pims Hospital, there was a gathering outside. After which Dallewal was shifted to the PWD rest house in the army area. Where there was no entry of anyone. Also, the entry was first in the police and then the army. But today Dallawal has been shifted to Patiala.
Case reached Supreme Court from High Court, talks started on Dallawal’s fast
PIL was filed in the Punjab and Haryana High Court for opening Shambhu border due to non -talk of the Center. The High Court asked to open the Shambhu border in a month. The Haryana government went to the Supreme Court against it. The Supreme Court formed a committee for arbitration between the central and farmers. Meanwhile, farmer leader Jagjit Dallawal started a fast from 26 November. After which the Center again agreed to talk.
Talks took place in Chandigarh on 14 February 2025 but no solution was found. The meeting was held again on 22 February but the farmers refused to end the agitation till the guarantee law is enacted on MSP.
