Explosion at Iran’s monkey Abbas port, 195 people injured: explosion in Sina container yard, rescue operation continues

The fire broke out at Iran’s monkey Abbas Port on Saturday due to an explosion, injuring 185 people. Iranian officials said Saturday’s explosion occurred at the Sina container yard, which is associated with port and marine organization.

According to the Emergency Service, 195 people have been injured in the blast. The injured have been transferred to the hospital for medical treatment.

Rescue workers have reached the spot, the work of evacuating people is going on. The explosion occurred in containers located at Rajai port. Transport containers are kept here, it also has oil and other petrochemical facilities.
