Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor’s problems may increase. ED has issued summons to them in the online gaming case.
Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has been summoned by the ED. According to sources, they received this notice in the Mahadev online gaming case. This summons has been issued to them to appear in the ED office on October 6. It is being told that apart from Ranbir, the names of some other actors and singers may also come up in the Mahadev online gaming case.
Ranbir Mahadev attended the wedding of Saurabh Chandrakar, the accused in the online gaming app case. They are accused of giving money to artists through hawala. ED will question Ranbir on October 6 in this matter.
Who is Saurabh Chandrakar?
Let us tell that Saurabh Chandrakar is a resident of Chhattisgarh. He runs an online betting app. He got married in February 2023. He had spent around 200 crore rupees on his wedding. Their wedding took place in Dubai, in which they invited many Bollywood stars to perform.
Let us tell you that when the ED started investigating the Mahadev online betting app, a corruption of Rs 5000 crores came to light. 14 Bollywood stars were also named in the investigation. Now Ranbir Kapoor has also been summoned in the same case and he will also be questioned.
These stars on ED’s radar
Last month, ED conducted raids in Mumbai, Kolkata and Bhopal and seized property worth Rs 417 crore. A total of 39 places were raided. There are many other stars on the ED’s radar in this case, including Atif Aslam, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Vishal Dadlani, Tiger Shroff, Neha Kakkar, Elli Avram, Bharti Singh, Sunny Leone, Bhagyashree, Pulkit, Kriti Kharbanda, Nusrat Bharucha, Krishna Abhishek included. These stars will also be questioned soon. The payment received for performing at the wedding will be questioned.
