ED crackdown on Delhi government, Cabinet Minister Rajkumar Anand's house raided before Kejriwal's appearance

New Delhi On the one hand, the ED of Delhi Chief Minister (Chief Minister) Arvind Kejriwal has been called for questioning, while on the other hand, raids are being conducted on the MLA of his party. ED has cracked down on other ministers of the Delhi government. The ED team has reached the house of Rajkumar Anand, Social Welfare Minister of Delhi Government. ED’s search operation is on at the minister’s official residence located on Civil Line.

According to the sources, 8-9 locations of the minister are being raided. It is being told that there is some case related to customs against the minister, where he is accused of sending money to Vijayesh through hawala.

Searching for 12 locations

ED in connection with money laundering investigation Delhi Govt (Delhi Govt) is taking action under PMLA against Cabinet Minister Raj Kumar Anand. The case was based on allegations of customs evasion of over Rs 7 crore and false declarations in imports for international reference transactions. The honorable court has taken cognizance of the complaint. Around 12 locations are being searched at different places including Delhi.

Arvind Kejriwal can reach ED office at 11 am

A raid has been conducted on the house of Social Welfare Minister of Delhi Government Rajkumar Anand in the money laundering case. Taking the liquor scam Aam Aadmi Party (Aam Aadmi Party) ED is continuously raiding the leaders, MLAs and ministers. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been summoned for questioning in the case of money laundering in the liquor scam case. CM can reach ED office by 11 am. Earlier, the party’s Sanjay Singh, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and Health Minister Satyendra Jain have gone to jail in the scam case. Recently, ED had raided and arrested Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh.

Aam Aadmi Party leaders have refrained from revealing their preparations for Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s appearance before the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday. It is not yet clear whether the party workers and members will accompany Kejriwal to the ED office or not. He did this when former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was questioned by the CBI in a similar case. Sisodia was arrested by the agency in February and recently the Supreme Court rejected his bail plea.

Attempt to target India alliance

AAP has expressed apprehension that Chief Minister Kejriwal may be the first target in the alleged conspiracy to target the Bharat Alliance ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. AAP leader Raghav Chadha said in a press conference that since 2014, 95 percent of the cases registered by central investigation agencies are against opposition leaders. Chadha claimed that the BJP is scared of the formation of Bharat Gathjod and has prepared a plan to target its top leaders, the first of which could be the arrest of Kejriwal.
