The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) tested the Very Short Range Air Defense System missile today i.e. on Tuesday at the Integrated Test Range located on the Chandipur coast of Odisha. DRDO conducted two consecutive successful flight tests. This ground-to-air targetting of enemy air flights was very successful. DRDO tested and checked twice. It was specifically tested with high-speed unmanned aircraft.
Test was very successful: Regarding the test, DRDO said that the test was completely successful. The Very Short Range Air Defense System missile was tested against high-speed unmanned aerial targets. Let us tell you, the missile was tested with a ground-based man portable launcher. DRDO told that the test was completely successful.
