Enforcement Directorate may summon Arvind Kejriwal again. A person can ignore ED summons only three times. After sending the summons, the investigating agency can seek a non-bailable warrant. A non-bailable warrant is a court order requiring an appearance at a specified time and date. If someone does not comply with a non-bailable warrant, they can be arrested and then brought to court.

What options does Arvind Kejriwal have?
Arvind Kejriwal may approach the court to challenge the summons and seek anticipatory bail. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)’s problems are increasing in the case of liquor policy scam. Since the arrest of Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in February, they have been continuously demanding bail, but have not received any relief. He will campaign in Raipur and Bilaspur of Chhattisgarh on November 3 and 4.
