Please inform that, the High Court has issued summons on the petition of Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde faction leader and MP Rahul Ramesh Shewale. Ramesh Shewale has filed a defamation case against the three leaders. At the same time, in this petition, it was alleged that objectionable statements were made against the MLAs and MPs supporting Eknath Shinde. At the same time, according to the court, now all these three will have to appear before the court in person.

At the same time, it has also been said in this petition that Thackeray faction MP Sanjay Raut, former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and MLA Aditya Thackeray have given objectionable statements about the MLAs and MPs who joined the Shinde faction. The Delhi High Court has today summoned MP Sanjay Raut, former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and MLA Aditya Thackeray after filing a petition in the same defamation case.

Also tell that the statements given by Sanjay Raut, Uddhav Thackeray, Aditya Thackeray regarding MLAs and MPs of Shinde faction are still present on social media platforms i.e. Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. In such a situation, the Delhi HC has issued a notice against the social media platform in this matter.
