Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, president of Shiromani Committee, who came to inaugurate the screen, said that Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib is the center of faith for devotees from all over the world and pilgrims from all over the world come to pay obeisance here.
The purpose behind the screen
The SGPC president said that the purpose of installing the screen is to make the devotees aware of the history as well as to make them aware about the etiquette. Along with this, it is necessary to convey some necessary guidelines to the Sangat, which will be conveyed through this screen. He said that at present, the important things of the Sangat have been presented on it in three languages, while information related to history will also be added in the next few days.
