Captain Amarinder Singh on Punjab Government

Captain Amarinder Singh slam on Punjab government: Senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party and former Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh today invited people to vote for party candidate Inder Iqbal Singh Atwal to strengthen the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Addressing a large public meeting, he said, “Jalandhar by-election will set the tone for the 2024 general elections in Punjab, which are very important for the future of the country.”

The former Chief Minister said that the country needs at least five more years of Modi as Prime Minister to further strengthen its position at the global and domestic level. He pointed out, under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India is being seen as a great nation as India has emerged strong, powerful and independent in its decision making.

Captain Amarinder explained how the economy was stabilized during the BJP government as compared to other countries like the US, where other countries’ banks were crashing and the economy was in dire straits.

He said, the country has emerged stronger and is facing its enemies like China and Pakistan. The BJP leader lashed out at the Aam Aadmi Party government in the state, saying that it has completely failed to live up to the expectations of the people despite a huge victory and a grand mandate.

He alleged that the AAP government is being run by a dictator from Delhi and that is why its priorities are wrong and completely opposite to the expectations of the people of Punjab.

He said that there is a large exodus of youth from Punjab because they are going abroad due to lack of jobs in the state. He reminded the AAP government of its promise to provide jobs to the people, in which it has failed miserably.

Making a strong case for Atwal, he said he has vast experience in serving the people. Further, he said that the Atwal family has served the people of Punjab for two generations with a clean and unblemished record.

Speaking on the occasion, Atwal appealed to the people to vote for him to ensure the development and welfare of the state. He said that BJP is the future of Punjab because all others have failed. On this occasion, MP Hans Raj Hans, former minister Balbir Singh Sidhu, former MP Amrik Singh Aliwal, Raninder Singh, Avinash Chandra etc. were present with him.
