The assassination of Indira Gandhi was shown in the parade tableau. The tableau showed former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in a blood-soaked white sari with her hands raised.
In the tableau video, some men in turbans were shown pointing guns at Indira Gandhi. Behind this scene shown in the tableau was a poster, on which it was written – ‘Badala’. Indira Gandhi was assassinated on October 31, 1984 by her two Sikh bodyguards.
Along with this, three days ago some posters were brought in Canada under the banner of Sikhs for Justice. ‘Kill India’ was written on these posters. Not only this, these posters also accused Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Kumar Verma and Consul General of India in Toronto Apoorav Srivastava of killing Khalistani leader Hardeep Singh Nijhar. Khalistani Tiger Force chief Hardeep Singh Nijhar was killed on June 18 in the parking lot of a Gurdwara in British Columbia.
