NHSRCL spokesperson Sushma Gaur said that NHSRCL has taken a significant step in the construction of the first full height pillar on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Corridor at Chainage 167 near Vapi in Gujarat. The train route will have 12 stations where it will stop, including Maharashtra, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Gujarat. He said that the average height of the pillars of this corridor is about 12-15 meters and the height of this pillar is 13.05 meters which is equivalent to a four storied building.
