Bokaro. Kaka Biryani located in Sector 3 Mall of Bokaro, Jharkhand is discussed in the entire district. Famous for its delicious taste, there is a huge crowd of buyers in Kaka Biryani’s shop. People come here from far and wide to taste the Chicken Biryani. Here Hyderabadi Biryani has two pieces of chicken. Along with raita, half plate is served to the customers for Rs.70 and full plate for Rs.140.
Kaka Biryani’s shop remains open from 11 in the morning till 8 in the night. Here the entire biryani of one go is sold within an hour. More than two quintals of biryani is sold here daily. Manoj Sah, the shopkeeper of Kaka Biryani, told News18 Local that he had never imagined that people would get such a good response to the shop. Seven years ago, he started selling biryani on a handcart for Rs.50. School children fondly called him Kaka, due to which he named his shop Kaka Biryani.
Manoj said that more than 200 kg of biryani is prepared daily in his factory, in which 100 kg of rice and 100 kg of chicken are consumed. The help of an artisan is taken to make Biryani. He told that the taste of our Biryani is very good due to which people come here again and again. They eat themselves. Also, pack it and take it to your family and relatives. More than 500 people come here daily to eat Biryani.
Ved Prakash and Ishant Kumar, who came to eat Biryani, told that they have been eating Biryani here for the last several years. Can’t live without eating biryani from them two-three times a week. Ved Prakash told that the taste of Kaka Biryani is very good. Here people can enjoy Biryani by filling their stomach at a low price.
