A video clip has been shared by Bill Gates on his Instagram handle. In the clip, he is seen riding in Mahindra Company’s electric three-wheeler (rickshaw). The clip begins with him showing himself in the rear view mirror of an electric three-wheeler. The text on the video reads, (translated) “The one with three wheels, zero emissions and no noise? It’s called the Mahindra Treo.”

He also explains some of the features of the three-wheeler and writes in the clip, (translated) “We need to reinvent the way we do everything from agriculture to transportation to get on the road to a zero-carbon emission world.” is required.”

Reacting to the post, Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra invited Bill Gates and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar for a “three-wheeler EV drag race”.
