EV Industry Big Revolution: Tata Motors on Monday said it will supply 25,000 Xpress-T electric vehicles to Uber. A joint statement said that as per the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) between the two companies, Uber will use electric sedans in its premium class of service. The companies did not provide financial details of the deal. These electric trains will be launched in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. The Mumbai-based auto maker will start supplying cars to Uber fleet partners in a phased manner from this month. This agreement can become a big problem for Ola. Let me tell you, Ola recently announced an investment of $ 920 million. This investment will be made in batteries to give impetus to the EV sector.

Xpress-T prices start from Rs. 13.04 lakhs, ex-showroom Delhi. The Xpress-T is priced at Rs 14.98 lakh with a range of 315 km and comes with a fame subsidy of Rs 2.6 lakh.
