When their biometrics were matched with the data preserved at the time of recruitment, 50 mismatched cases were identified.
After this, the Tihar Jail administration stopped the salaries of all employees and officials as an interim measure. After this a show cause notice was issued to all at the departmental level. At that time Director General of Tihar Jail Sandeep Goyal confirmed this negligence.
