Bajaj Auto’s sales declined in February, the company explained the reason

Bajaj Auto Sales Report : The sales of Bajaj Auto vehicles have decreased in the month of February. This has happened due to the decrease in exports. The company said that its total wholesale sales in February 2023 declined by 11 percent year-on-year to 2,80,226 units. The Pune-based company had dispatched 3,16,020 units to its dealers in February 2022.

The company told the stock market that its total domestic sales increased by 36 percent to 1,53,291 units last month. In the same period a year ago, this figure was 1,12,747 units. However, exports declined by 38 per cent to 1,26,935 units in February 2023 as against 2,03,273 units in the same period a year ago.

Let us tell you that in January 2023, Bajaj Auto’s domestic sales increased by 5.76 percent, while foreign exports registered a decline of 49.17 percent. Last month, the company sold 1,38,142 units in the domestic market. This is 5.76 percent more than January 2022’s 1,30,613 units.
